3498 S Garibaldi Way Saratoga Springs Utah #704 April of 2022 to February 2023.
Inception Homes is building a beautiful 4931 s.f. custom home on lot 704 (.33 acres) in the Catalina Bay area of Saratoga Springs. This home is located on a corner lot with views of Utah lake and the surrounding Wasatch Mountain ranges, this home is 2 minutes north of the launching area to Pelican Bay, where you can enjoy water sports, water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, picnics and more. ATV and gun ranges south on Redwood Rd. Estimated Completion date will be April of 2023 and will sell for $1.25MM.

New Harmony, PA- 2015 Partnered with Big-D Construction.
INCEPTION FRAMING TEAM
Installing the I-Beam that supported the Truss system. First, we installed a 2x6 wall then the trusses were installed on top. This job was controlled by the EPA and we couldn't disturb the soils on the south end of the project. That was over 50% of the build we couldn't disturb.

LETÂ THE FRAMING...BEGIN!
With framing underway on this LDS project in Susquehanna County Meeting house/ Visitors Center the most important thing we can do as building contractor is get it right from the beginning. So, we lay out all the walls, attaching the treated plate to the concrete and make sure doorways and mechanical enclosures are thought about meticulously.

VISITOR CENTER/ MEETING HOUSE
We had the privilege to work with the Owners on the framing. Simultaneously the installation of the "Blue Stone" took place which was mined in the hills of Pennsylvania.

This was one of the fasted projects completed in 2014 by our team. Ben personally framed along with team members to complete this project within 3 weeks time. Was given a 5 week completion schedule.

GRACE IDAHO-LDS MEETINGHOUSE WRIGHT BROTHERS 2007
Nestled in a sleepy Idaho farming community we had the pleasure of framing in sub zero temperatures. It took nearly 3 months but we completed it.
SAINT GEORGE UTAH-Â LDS MEETINGHOUSE-JACOBSEN CONSTRUCTION-2007
This project had its share of ups and downs with Hiring some of the best framers and dealing with theft both in the apartment complex and on site.
AZEL TEXAS-LDS MEETINGHOUSE PARKWAY AND ASSOCIATES- 2007
This is a good problem to have if you're a church. The congregation was growing and Inception helped with the 4500 s.f. addition. That was a fun build.
